Jordin Sparks joins the cast of the Tony and Grammy award winning musical “In the Heights”.

The 2007 ‘American Idol’ winner and top-selling recording artist will make her Broadway debut as Nina Rosario, a college student with a secret who returns to her old neighborhood in New York’s Washington Heights. Jordin Sparks will play for a limited 12-week engagement from August 19 through November 14, 2010.
